What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota

My company recently made us sign a new initiative, but then later said it was a written warning. Can they do this without informing us in advance? Are we required to sign a warning when nothing has been done wrong?

They can "call" it anything they like. The important thing is what it actually SAYS. And refusing to sign it could have been deemed insubordination.
