I WAS SEENING FOR DEPRESSION, TALKED ME INTO SEEING HER THROUGH HER OWN PRIVATE PRACTICE,I SAW HER A FEW TIMES UNTIL I REALIZED THAT SHE HAD NO RECORD ON ANY OF HER PATIENTS, SHE DID NOT RESPOND TO THE CALLS I LEFT HER, AND WAS OUT OF MED. SHE CALLED ME IN A R/X THAT WOULD OF KILLED ME IF I DIDNT CATCH THE DOSAGE.I LEFT HER A MESSAGE, THAT SHE NEEDED TO CONSIDER MAKING RECORDS ON HER PATIENTS, BECAUSE SHE COULD OF KILLED ME, SHE HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK SINCE, (SHE WAS ADMITTED INTO PSYCHIACTRIC WARD FOR 2 WEEKS) SHE STILL HASNT CALLED, BEING HER PATIENT, AND ON CONTROLLED MED. I FEEL, SHE SHOULD OF CONTACTED ME . SHE HAS ALSO CALLED IN MY R/XS ON THE PHONE AND MADE ME MAIL THEM TO THE PHARMACY, MYSELF. (I NEVER DID). I HAVE BEEN CANCELLED FROM THE CLINIC I WAS CURRENTLY GOING TO, SINCE I WENT WITH HER.I COULD ALSO ADD A FEW MORE THINGS, BUT I DONT WANT TO GET INTO TO MUCH DETAIL SINCE THIS CAN BE VIEWED. Dear tableandchair;

Contact your states board of nursing and file a formal complaint against the nurse. An investigation will ensue, and if she is guilty of any violation of your states Nurse Practice Act, she will be disciplined accordingly by the board.

As in every profession, there are some real "wacko's" out there. Fortunately, we have agencies that regulate the practice of nursing, and usually the bad ones can be weeded out. But it is only by patients, (you) filing complaints that this can be done. You will be doing others a great service by getting this woman out of practice!

God bless & good luck!

Pam
