What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
California- my husband worked for a store for 2 months, and show up to work and the machine didn't let him clock in, It was like that for a week. So he called the person that hired him to fix his schedule and headquarters, they scheduled him to work on the following Thursday but on Wednesday the envelope came by FedEx came saying to pick up his check that he missed 15 days terminating him abandoning his job. [ my husband also worked for the same company but a different store for 8 years]

He will need to call California Wage and Hour about the actual hours he worked without being clocked in. He also needs to file for unemployment insurance while looking for another job. But this is not a wrongful termination. this is legal, it is a "can fire at will" state. But he must be paid for all the hours he actually worked on the job site.

Agreed. This may or may not have been an unfair termination but it was not a wrongful (illegal) termination.
