Wrong Ticket Information.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

I had the pleasure of getting 2 tickets today...1 for my address not being changed on the Drivers License..I bought a house 1.5 years ago...never changed the address on DL...it still is a valid DL unitl 2016....(so i fixed that today on the DDS website..they are issuing me a new DL)...so i do not think this will be an issue at court..

2nd ticket was for Failure to Stop at Stop Sign...i review my dashboard cam....i almost stopped all the way...99.999% stopped... however...looking at the ticket online ...he charged me with 2 tickets of Failure to Stop and 1 for my DL....looking further into the ticket i see (not only online, but on the paper copy) he has the WRONG DL#, Expiration Date, DOB, Eyes, Wgt, Sex, and Traffic (there was no one on the street, but he put Medium)....

Will the 2nd ticket be dismissed in court?

Almost stopped is called NOT stopping. What defense is that?

Ok... I'm calling a traffic lawyer tomorrow
..iI'll post their response. ... it doesn't make since for someone else information to be on my ticket. ..and that doesn't void it.... it's considered to be a Fatal Error according to Google.

The last time I contested a ticket in court, I ripped it to shreds on cross (literally, I got up and ripped it to shreds). Then the officer got on the stand and testified. As a result, the state ended up getting even more of my money.
