Wrong vehicle information on seizure form

My vehicle was seized because my license was suspended. I was unaware of this. I went thru the course and the meeting with the board to get it back. However the vehicle seizure form the officer filled out lists my old truck, not the one I was driving. Wrong color, wrong vin#. The tickets also list this registration. What can I do? We want to appeal the seizure Donny wife has our truck to drive. They are holding the wrong vehicle at the pound. Thanks PM

This forum is for US law only. What is the name of your US state? Also, WHO had the vehicle towed? Perhaps you should go advise them of the mistake and offer to trade the vehicles so that they have the right one...
