What is the name of your state? Georgia

My neighbor has issued a warrant on me for Criminal Trespass on property that does not belong to her. The property is "common property" connecting to the nature preserve in the neighborhood. Every owner has a right and easement of enjoyment to the property according to the Declaration of Covenants for the subdivision. I have a copy of the subdivision plat clearly showing that I was within the boundaries of the common property. She thinks its her property because it looks like a part of her yard. What rights do I have in a case against her for lost wages for the day of the hearing if the mediator finds in my favor? Or should this go before a judge?

DOES ANYONE HAVE AN ANSWER ON THIS QUESTION? I NEED TO KNOW BY JULY 22,05.....Thanks

Pathetic

Out of 56 views not one so called attorney (use that term loosely) has had the decency to respond to a simple question as this. Well I won't rag them too much...they may not know the answer. What is the name of this site?? Nothing is free. All this is, is a front for getting set up with an attorney. Now if I asked how shall I pay the retainer, I would have 1000 responses. THIS IS A USELESS WORTHLESS SITE! Sorry I wasted the time of the 56 viewers. More so, sorry I wasted mine. I'm outta here.

You make a post a 8:31 at night...
Then make a 'piss off' post at 5:55 the next morning.

Yep, I know the answer to your problem, but I will be damned if I will provide it now. Do you really expect us to just be sitting here waiting for your pitiful bleatings??
Sorry, there are far too many others on this forum who are not so demanding and childish....
Have a hap-hap-happy day!!

Well, I guess that makes it two lawyers who know the answer to your quesion now. However, unlike that meany one who posted before me, I will answer you. What you need to do is pretty simple, but you need to follow these directions precisely. First, you'll need to "blow-up" the plat to about 2'x3'. Your local Kinkos can do it pretty cheaply. Then, you have to fold it until all that remains are four sharp corners. This takes some trial and error, so you might want to practice on regular paper first. Finally, take the now-folded plat, and shove it straight up your ass.

Good luck at the mediation.

Soggy Wheaties

Well I finally hit a nerve...Looks like my theory worked...You call yourselves attorneys? You poor pathetic people. What else would you respond to after I humilated the heck out of you. You just knocked out several more notches out of your stilts.. Only the smart ones would remain silent after my comment. And the loosers would respond as as stupid as you did... Keep up the good work at what you do best. ...and we all know what that is
