Say a disabled woman is going through a legal separation and her lawyer is charging her hourly. he has already charged her about 13,000 dollars for services and such, which as I understand is already too much. he is now trying to force her to pay him another 3,000 dollars or he will not go to court and will put a lean on her bank account until she can pay him. I am already getting the records of his supposed reasons of charge, as well as her soon to be Ex-Husbands lawyer's records of charge to see if they match. Other than that, what else might be done to help her? is what this lawyer is doing ethical and legal?
