We're going to need far, far more information than that for any relevant feedback. What "rights" did you stand up for (it makes a LOT of difference). What did your contract say and when was it initially to end?

I am a contractor and by law and according to the courts which there have been many lawsuits I am not an employee but yet they treat me like one I work over 40 hours a week not compensated as a contractor I have the right to refuse work it states in the contract that I signed for them. A violation of FLSA by not compensating me for all of my overtime work there's a lot going on it all has been in court many time over the years yet no change on how things are ran

What kind of legal advice is that

If you are a CONTRACTOR, then you don't have rights as an EMPLOYEE.

You are going to need a determination from the feds to find out if you were improperly classified as an independent contractor.

...and please check your attitude at the door.

What kind of legal advice were you expecting from a message board when you made a single statement, did not provide any information, and did not ask a question?
