does anyone know if in mo, a adult raised by but not adopted by deceased is considered an heir and recieves any part of settlement or award amount? They were not close at all and the adult treated deceased poorly and had no contact for years. adult was not listed on life ins as beneficiary but not sure if that matters. any info helpful
