I'm still unclear of her reasoning as I have not received a written notice of termination and was merely told our relationship was being relinquised due to unresolved issues.
Is it illegal to terminate me based on an informal
verbal evaluation? There are a few

my termination was handled. I know of one parent who already withdrew her child because of my termination. I also have a few parent letters of support in my favor.

I feel my wrongful termination, may also have some relation to my previous employer's influence in this community. I had filed a
sexual harassment claim against my previous employer last April, because he terminated my employment without cause and cut my hours a month after I stopped reciprocating with him in cyberchats/sex and private dates.
My former Principal is also an instructor at the college campus where he is on the board of directors. I therefore believe there may be some form of conspiracy against me, based on a retaliation by my previous employer as well. Since the first week the new Principal started, October 4, 1999, she created a negative and hostile work environment, began treating me disparately and even tried to get me to resign. I live in a small community where small town politics are rather corrupt, therefore believe there is a relation to this matter and my previous employer, if not I still feel I have been wrongful terminated from my teaching position.

Additionally, I received an "injunction against harassment" from my last employer/supervisor. Similarly, my previous employer tried to file criminal charges against me for a web page I designed and drafted for him on the side, which he never paid me for. The court dismissed his charges against me because it was my property.
I am going to try and have the injunction reversed and request for a hearing because they issued it without hearing my side and I feel I continue to be harassed by her and my reputation is at stake. In addition, the school is claiming that I have materials that belong to them which I purchased. I last went to the school on Monday, to pick up my paycheck, because I didn't receive it in the three day period allowed by law, and deliver some items which did belong to them that got mixed up in the move. However, I returned
those items on Monday and did not receive my final paychecks until yesterday via US mail and via FED-EX. I do have some reference books my former supervisor loaned me that I was going to return to the school
yesterda, but am no longer able to do so because she placed a restraining order against me for no apparent reason. Therefore, I can't return her books. In
addition, the school still owes me compensation which was withheld in each paycheck to be paid over the summer, along with a $1,000.00 stipend I am
entitled to receive.

The current harassment I am receiving is comparable to my former termination with my previous employer last April. I am almost
certain there is some form of connection between him and my current supervisor
and my recent wrongful termination. My former employer was also at the school
the week before my termination speaking with the Principal. I am certain he
has something to do with my termination there because I did include my brief employment history with him on my resume. Therefore, I feel I am also being black listed.

Please get back to me today if there is anything you can advice me to do on this matter. If you feel you are unable to assist me in this matter, please refer me to someone else who might be able to help on a contingency or flat fee basis.
