I started working for Penmac Staffing Agency on May 16, 2017, I never missed a day, except for my boyfriend's mother funeral which was excused. I worked all the way until I was "walked out" on June 23, 2017... The company I was working for said that another Staffing agency said I had been working for them since May 20, and that they had paid me up to $2,000... Keep in mind that I never worked a day for the other staffing agency... Do I have a case or no???

No.

A wrongful termination does not mean you were fired for something you didn't do; it means you were fired for a reason prohibited by law. It does not violate any laws for them to fire you because they believe you were also working for another agency, even if you weren't.
