What is the name of your state? New Hampshire
It's true my son is no angel. His mom turned him over to the state at age 13(now 26). Most of his problems have been in Nashua N.H. and he has angered the local judge by getting out of somethings through techniacalities.
Any ways here's the problem: An aquiatance of his looking for a reduction in his own sentence, accused my son of selling him a gun. My son never had a gun but on this statement is now doing 3/6 years in prison. The police arrested him on the word of this man, they have no evidence at all.
I have talked witth his "mentor" a woman who has had many years of experience with people. I'm sure she would not be conned by my son and not know it. Therefore I believe he is inocent of this charge and secentence by a disgruntled judge, who even has tacked on more time for not doing his comunity service while he's been locked up!! She says the charge is bogus and he does not deserve to be locked up.
I'm looking for any help or presidence of something like this.
