What is the name of your state?WashingtonWhat is the name of your state?

Hi, I pay and my case is located in Washington. Now I am being billed

by Minnisota where the custodial parent took the child. They tell me that it

is support for medical (actually it's for behavioral health). It is my under-

standing that my state has the only right to collect the support payments.

I thought that the new law (federal) states that only one state can collect.

When I called to have a fair??? hearing, I was able to call and speak with an

alleged attorney for Washington state who said they have a different law

that allows them to collect for Medical needs. She also told me she'd send

me the minutes of that Hearing??? but that was a few months or so ago!!!

Thanks for any suggestions, Ed
