What is the name of your state?MI

I bought a Washer and Dryer and Fridge and paid for delivery from a giant home improvement store. When they delivered they damaged several areas of my 2 week old new house. Walls scratched and chipped, tears in vinyl flooring, scratched hardwood floor, left blood everywhere..ect. Est damages $1,500.00 They only want to offer $300, I laughed. What can I do?

The max small claim is $3,000.00.

I can give more info if needed.
Thanks,
Steve

Step 1 - Collect your documentary evidence (receipts, estimates, photos, etc) of your damages.

Step 2 - Send copies of all above info to adjuster via fax & regular mail.

Step 3 - Call adjuster one last time to offer chance to pay without incurring legal fees to boot.

Step 4 - Wait.

Step 5 - Either collect $1,500 check or file small claims lawsuit.
