What is the name of your state? Connecticut Hello, I'm starting a yacht charter business in CT this summer. I will be able to take up to 6 paying passengers. I have my master 50 ton lisc. I wanted to know what pertinent information needs to be on my charter contract. I will be doing day charters and I will be captaining the vessel. My company is an LLC.
Thanks for any help!

If you don't know all the ins and outs of running an yacht charter business, you should not be starting one. Go out and learn the business inside and out then consider starting your business. It is folks like you that contribute to the 90% failure rate of small businesses within the first year of operation.
