Ok, yesterday I got pulled over....bad thing ...My lic was already suspended, my inspection sticker I made on my computer, my year stickers on my plates did not belong to my vehicle, I had no liability insurance and my windshield was cracked.... I got a total of seven tickets on one stop. Three of them I can prepay, the others I have to show up for in court. My lic was suspended because a car was in my name without my knowledge and DMV asked for prrof of insurance, which I could not provide because I didnt even know the car was in my name....yesterday after work i went to get insurance so that I may get my lic back on lunch break toady. What should my course of actoin be...(other than get a lawyer) Should i prepay the ones i can or wait till court? Should I get a new car or fix the one that I have... Do I really need a lawyer for this or am i just stuck in my situation....?

You do really need a lawyer. I don't know how you could get into all this hot water, but attempting to do all of this on your own (including pre paying those you can) would put over the top!

Try attorneypages.com or your state bar and do go from there. YOU CAN AFFORD AN ATTORNEY IN TODAY'S DAY AND AGE.
