What is the name of your state? Texas

Hello,

I don't know where to begin. My question is, or my problem is, I filed a complaint with the city manager and city attorney where I live against a city employee. This was back in April of 2006. Up until this month of Oct, they have still not contacted me or given me any type of answers as to whether or not an investigation took place. I had a written affidavit notarized, stating that this man was having bringing me in to his place of employment for sex and that other employees had been caught doing the same thing and nothing had been done. Do I have any type of case, can i file some type of suit against the city. The attorney & city manager did not follow procedure with my complaint. the city commissioners are not aware that this is going on. The claim to have affidavits signed by this employee and his supervisors that everyhting I claim is not true. Personally I think they are trying to sweep everything under the carpet, since they did not follow the procedures in regards to this complain, they are worried about me taking this to court or letting the local paper or news get wind of it. I am in need of an attorney. I have spoke to 2 attorneys and both have told me i don;t have a case. that the city is not liable for anything and i could not sue them.

Can anyone help me, give me some typr of feed back. I just think it is wrong, i stand behind what i have accused him off. I will not back down from my claims. This has put alot of stress on myself and my family. Someone Please help me!!!!!!!!!!1

Thanks,

So you filed a complaint because YOU were having sex at this guys office? I really hope that I am misinterpreting your statement, because if I'm not, you've managed to create a whole new level of stupidity. If you can't find an attorney to take the case, you obviously don't have a case.
