A couple of months ago, our boses decided to change our job titles and discription of work. One of my colleges who held the same title before the change, but signed the same paperwork as the rest of us, but is not being required to due the same work as the rest of us, has not been put on the rest of our work rotation giving him the weekends off, and is given first dibs on the important part of our jobs, has the preferred hours, and when he decides he needs help we are required to help him out even though he is not required to help do our secondary work if we are short of help and he is having a slow night. Is there any course of action I can take as I have brought my grievences to my superiors a month ago but nothing is being done about it and it has made for an uncomfortable work environment since I brought this subject up? Main supervisor has business relationship outside of workplace (in which the supervisor will make a profit) and possible infatuation with this coworker. I and one other employee also have in much more tenure than him. As well as the fact that he had just been busted by or deptartment director for watching porn on the company computer, which by company policy should have been an automatic fire, but was only given a verbal warning as a result of our main supervisors pleading his case for him.

Yes there is something you can do about it. You can quit.

Nothing and I mean NOTHING remotely sugests or even hints at anything illegal is being done by your employer. Unless you can show that your co-worker is being treated differently because of their race, gender, religion, age, etc..... then as BB stated "You can quit."
