i had a cosigner on my truck-my uncle, who lives in north carolina. well i got screwed in the deal. he became the main buyer and i was the next one down. So yesterday I'm at work and they come to tell me its getting towed. I called the bank and insurance company to see if i was behind, and they said i was all caught up. so then i reported it stolen and found out it was my uncle who had it repossesed. He, since he's in N.C., had it taken back to the dealership where i bought it here in austin. The manager with the key said i had to get my uncles permission to give me the key back. We're both on the title, and i made all but those two payments. I went and got the truck back with my spare key. Is there anything anyone knows of that i can do to get it to where he cant do this? And does anyone have a clue whats going to happen? any advice helps. thanks.

Yep. Though your post is confusing, it APPEARS that you were behind in payments ("i made all but those two payments."). If that is the case, your uncle, who was liable for the payments you missed had it 'voluntarily' repo'd.

And if you took the car from the dealer after a valid repo, that is called AUTO THEFT and you can look forward to facing CRIMINAL charge(s).
