What is the name of your state? NV

Where do I start to find a lawyer to file a tort against a RE Agency for Errors and Omissions resulting in serious emotional and financial damages?

Long situation that I've posted about several months ago but have substantial basis for a lawsuit against the real estate agency that oversaw the 'supposed' transaction resulting in my losing pretty much everything.

Thanks

April

Look for information regarding your state's small claims law -- it's most likely available online. There will be a limit (usually $5000-$10000, or so) as to what you can claim. You must have actual damages -- emotional, etc. doesn't count -- and there must have been a contract involved, which I assume there is if this involves a real estate listing matter. Most small claims matters do not require an attorney and the filing fees are very modest. Before you proceed, though, make sure you do have a basis for such a claim, and then write a certified letter to the agent demanding payment of your damages. If they refuse or don't answer, then go to court and use that letter as part of your case.

You can start with the same lawyer you've been abusing with your bogus non-existant contract for deed actions. I'm sure they'll be glad to hear from you.

E and O doesn't cover emotional damages.

So forget it.

No damages...no case.
