State is FL.

Asking for my hubby. He is the CP. Mom lives in VA. There's a possibility that we will be moving in the not too distant future. There's no visitation order on record for Mom. Does hubby need to backtrack and use the divorce decree as per how much notice Mom gets?

Also, FL holds jurisdiction over CS and the custody order. How does hubby change that if we do move? Will it follow the child, or will Mom have a shot at getting it changed to VA?

Thanks.

Carol

In October you stated that you and hubby had no intention of moving. What changed?

Where would you be moving to?

Hubby got a fantastic job offer, something that reverts back to his mil training. It's quite a bit more money than is available here in FL, and is a full on career for him. Job is in OK.
