Yes, my mother did pass away, in December.
I had concerns that I would find the same legal forum she posted on- she had told me last summer that she had been getting legal advice online, but in the few times I had been on here, never saw anything that stood out as her. So I thought she must be on another site. But I was only searching the Usernames, not posts. When I decided to post here yesterday, I thought changing some of the "revealing" facts, like amounts and such, would keep me annonymous if she found me. Guess that didn't work... she sent me an email yesterday saying she saw my posts and knows it's me and that I'm "stalking her". ????

I am sorry, I don't know if I can post here. It would be like letting her read my thoughts. Thank you for the help you have offered thus far. Oh, and she's not in Georgia, she's in TN. FYI.

OP, there are many people here who would love to help you. I don't know jack about TN, but I'm good at research, and will do anything I can to help.

I'm so sorry that you have such a terrible ex to deal with. And I'm very sorry about the passing of your mother.

Your ex wife is a major pain in the arse who we can completely understand why you divorced. I'm just sorry you married her in the first place.

As for you stalking her??? You and I need to have a talk about the psychological damage she's doing to your respective children (hint, hint). We'll have this conversation with transcripts of the posts that even though she deleted, we were able to resurrect. Perhaps you'd like to read them???? (hint,hint).

This is a public forum, as she said she'll continually post here even though we've told her multiple times we don't like her and won't help her, you can post here too. Free country. Just please disregard the names we call her, we realize that even though she's a big ole beyotch, she still is the mother of your children.
