I would also like to asked: I received 2 steroid shots in my lower lumbar due to this accident to reduce the inflammation(1st one 8/2007, 2nd one 4/2008) lasting 8 months, until 1st week of April the 1st steroid shot was gone and pain hit me like a mack truck.
Brief summary of accident: I was a passenger in my car, and my sister was driving, my 2 year old son and niece in back seat, everyone had seat belts on. My sister yielded to the Yield sign, next thing we were rear ended. As I looked to the right to look at my son, the impact happened while my neck was turned it jerked. My son was sleep, the impact pushed him forward from his car seat and I saw his eyes open. No airbags inflated, no visible damage on the bumper, but the auto repair stated that $546 was the damage to the bumper.
With my consistent therapy and shots to relieve the suffering, would it be wise to go to trial against the insurance company that will not accept the offer?
