I'm not so much worried about ME being late. I don't have to be to work till 11am:D. Then again, I'd have to ask The Ex:rolleyes: "How come LMPS wasn't late to school when I did it when I had to be at work at 8:30am???":rolleyes::rolleyes:

The mentality I am currently dealing with was bold enough to ask the teacher, at the parent/teacher conference while I was there:rolleyes:, "Is there a pattern to LMPS's lack of focus? You know, like certain days of the week?" The emphasis is NOT mine.

Of course, the teacher said no;).

She also said that she was so happy that we work together:eek::...lol...

Geez, your ex is a POW!

The 6am Special is the name of a dessert that is on the menu (but not on the website any longer) at Lola's. The 6am Special is two hot waffles/french toast covered with syrup and maple bacon ice cream. the ice cream has a flavor similar to butter pecan -- sweet and salty with a bit of crunch in the middle of the cream. It is really good. This is MIchael Symon's restaurant. He is an iron chef who also hosts Dinner Impossible. He has a thing for pork and bacon. Catch some of the episodes of Dinner Impossible on the Food Network -- they had him cook kosher for passover. He was not happy. He did make on one show a dessert of chocolate covered nut coated bacon. Interesting!

I saw that show. The ending where he talked to the crowd about how hard it was to cook kosher and make it taste good was just a tad uncomfortable.

Understand -- the man loves his pork and dairy. Neither of which he was able to use. For him that was difficult as he relies on being able to use those items -- which he wasn't allowed. So he had to find new things and that was hard for him.

Can you believe that chocolate cake with buttercream frosting that I ate the other day had no animal products in it? I wonder what exactly it was that I ate...
