If you are filing a motion anyways... and ex is always late, why not add in you want "make up time" if ex is consistently late? My judge actually put this in one of my orders.... if time added up to X, I got an additional day.


BTW .. PITA is my favorite acronym...

Interesting idea about the make up time. I'll try and come up with some decent wording for that.

And I have more acronyms for The Ex floating around in my head, but they aren't fit to share
