What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IN

I will try to make this brief**************I am planning on moving out of state in the next six months, father A is considering moving to another state soon (different state then me) and father B already lives in another state (again a different state then me). Once I establish legal residency in the state I plan on moving to can I have our cases transferred to where I will be living with the children or will I have to have the fathers permission to move the cases?

You should be able to domesticate the cases ONCE you have established residency there provided neither father at that time is living in IN.

Thx for the quick reply. Was also wondering something else......if I am able to domesticate the orders in new state....in IN support goes to 21 or child meets definitions for emancipation, and new state goes to 19 or when child graduates high school whichever occurs first, since I would be having cases transferred would we go by new states support guidelines?

Possibly. You cannot take the benefit of the new state without taking the laws of the new state. Why does your child need to be supported as an ADULT?

Nowhere in my post did I say that my child needed to be supported as an adult BUT Indiana is one of two states that has requirements of support being paid until the age of 21 or the child meets the requirements for emancipation so maybe that question should be directed to the people in Indiana who makes these laws. I have no problem with going by the support laws of the new state IF I am able to transfer my cases. All I asked was a simple question about which state I would follow since the original order is from Indiana and if I am able to transfer my cases then I can let the fathers know about the age change for stopping support. This is a legal site and I am only trying to clarify the LAWS of support. I just have to ask....if the father was on here asking when support stopped in Indiana....would you ask him why he would think his child needed to be supported as an adult or would you tell him the legal answer?

That was a snotty response to Ohio.

I could give you a complete answer to your question, but not after you showed such arrogance and entitlement.

Oh believe me I will have a good life. Lets hope you do also. My post was not "snotty" at all, it was the truth. Like I stated, no where in my post did I say my child would need to be supported as an adult, ohiogal just ASSumed thats what I meant and felt that besides giving me answers to my questions that she needed to also make a rude comment. I am not the one that made the support laws in Indiana and if any of you have a problem with support going to the age of 21 in Indiana then do something about it and quit sitting anonymously behind a computer screen making rude and judgemental comments and bring your butts on over to Indiana and ask the lawmakers why they feel children should be supported as adults.
sineater....i doubt you could give me any more info that I need....ohiogal did give me my answers....I can have my cases transferred to the new state as long as neither father is still in IN and I would go by the new states laws regarding support so you just jumped into something that was already answered maybe because you wanted to feel special and act like you know something more.
