You are an absolute narcissist. As you should be able to see if you had any type of command of the English Language, I advised the OP to seek the advice of a lawyer to see if there was a Lemon Law in effect in their state.

And of course, you are so stupid, you can't even properly describe what you said... and you try to lie your way out of it.

Though you do refer to an attorney.... you make a statement of FACT that an attorney will "take action". Of course, that is also not true.

"TO SEE IF" means there may be Lawyers who can or there may be lawyers who can't!

I'm sure that even in the states that don't have "Lemon Laws" there are still litigation processes that would allow the OP to recoupe damages that the OP obviously shows in his correspondence in this forum.

In closing you idiot....again I say that the word that comes to mind (not just my mind but many others as well) when talking about any car that needs a whole lot of repair as the one that belongs to the OP, is "LEMON"!!

Now you can substitute as I said before, the words "PIECE OF JUNK" if you want. It is the same thing. Only you would disagree tho.

That's the problem.
In a LEGAL sense (we ARE on a legal forum after all), the word LEMON has a very specific meaning. Once you admit that and acknowledge that you erred in your earlier use of the word, you will do just fine

I understand what you are saying Zigner, but what I'm trying to convey is that most people ( I believe you are included), when you get into a conversation about a car that needs multiple repairs to be driveable, would call such a vehicle a "Lemon"!

It is obvious that I used the term a bit loosely, however, perhaps if I substituted the words "Piece of Junk" this other person wouldn't have lashed out... or maybe he would have. Anyway thanks for your calm input.

Perhaps it is possible there is no lemon law in the OP's state. However, even if there isn't, there are still ways to recoupe damages such as what the OP describes concerning said vehicle. Ever hear of small claims?

Also, you need to take a serious course in "READING COMPREHENSION"!! For instance, you couldn't comprehend my usage of the word "Lemon" in that I substituted it in place of "Piece of Junk"!

Many people, when talking about a car in serious need of repair would probably comment that it is a "lemon" which is slang for a "piece of junk"! I'm sorry that you couldn't comprehend that. Legally speaking the car may not be a lemon or it may.

I stand by what I said...now that you know I used the term "Lemon" as "slang". You misinterpreted my statement when I said, "Look in the phone book or Online to see if there is a lawyer available to take action..."

If you properly comprehend that statement, you should easily see that I wasn't saying an attorney WOULD take action, I was in FACT saying that perhaps you can find an attorney who recognizes the circumstances as circumstances that would allow him to take action.

The statement I made also shows that it could be possible that there might not be any attorneys listed Online or in the phone book who could take action under the circumstances, so you are wrong about that as well.

Everything I said was reasonable other than the fact I assumed anyone who read my statements would understand I used the word "Lemon" as slang for "Piece of Junk" and for that I apologize. And please...anyone who is reading...try to be more civil about your critique of one's correspondence within the forum. Thank you.

Because this is a legal advice forum, not a "I have no idea what I'm talking about so I'm just going to keep talking out of my ass like a clueless idiot to get my post count up" forum.

It's not even a question of never being wrong. Even the most respected attorneys on this site have been known to be wrong. You just guess at the answers because you think it might be true. You have no idea what you're talking about. I don't even know why you're here.

The problem isn't that you're almost always wrong. The real problem is that more than once you've advised or encouraged a poster to do something illegal, and I can recall one answer of yours that was so outrageously clueless it could have potentially cost the OP a lot of time and effort.
