What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

If I payoff my mortgage and get married and live in together. I will only use a separate saving account to pay the Property Tax and any upgrade or maintenance, etc.. (assume I have enough cash to pay for 10 years or longer)

Will this property considered Personal Property and will not be splitted with my future ex since I do not use my earning to pay for those?

Thanks.

If the house is your premarital property and you can use premarital assets to maintain it, then yes, it can remain your premarital property....however its critical that everything remain premarital. You would not want to put any marital assets into the account that maintains the property.
