I Have joint custody of my daughter.. i am the noncustodial parent.. i'm supost to be moving out of state for a while .. now my question is can the custodial parent stop my daughter from getting on the plane to visit me? and do i need to get permission from the judge to move out of state?

Yes, the parent can stop the child from getting on a plane. How old is your child? What does the court order state regarding transportation? Are you going to be flying with the child?
 
How old is the child? I would think if you and dad are not in agreement you should get a court order with all of this worked out. I know in my state you have to send an intent to move to the court and op in advance.

In many states only the parent with residential custody of the children have to send an intent to move. That only applies to the RESIDENTIAL custodian. OP states she is the non-custodial parent. But the court order matters.

yes i will be flying with the child and the child will be 10 yrs old....

i dont know what times yet.. i just wanted to know if the other parent can stop child from getting on plan to see me... but the child wants to fly and see me.. this is where im bothered cause they father wont let her...

You cannot arbitrarily pick a time for your child to come see you. If it is your court-ordered time, that is one thing. If it isn't? Then the other parent is under NO obligation to allow her to do so. If you haven't modified your visitation order to take your distance into account? Time to do so.

we been to court and i have visitation right like summer break winter break spring break.... but the other parent is just being a brat and wont let her fly and its not fair cause my daughter wants to come visit me when i do move. so am im goin to have to get permission to move out of state?
