What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I am currently in a battle with the new HOA who took over the previous HOA in our condos. The old HOA did not allow us to mount anything on our roofs so when installing our DirectTV dish, we had to pay extra to get a tri pod.

Five years later the new HOA came up with some rules that all satellite dishes HAVE to be mounted on the roof, which will now cost me MORE money to have done. I wrote to the HOA explaining the situation, and they rejected it and said I had to move it anyway because it looks "tacky". Of course it does not and you can only see about 1/3 of the dish from our balcony.

What else can I do??? I am not working right now and cant afford all these new expenses.
