What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
My husband and I are seperating and I plan on doing my own paperwork as much as I can. He basically said send him the papers and he will sign them.
Heres my question. We have one child and 1 due in 5 weeks. I would only be able to get 17% of his income. He was on unemployment for months and just started working last week. Now he has 2 children from a prior relationship. But he has never paid the 25% or even close. He was ordered 200 a month because the children were on SSI. He lost his job in Oct and His ex asked for an increas in NOV. They still have not made into court. He got more time with his children but no CS as ordered until now prolly because he was on unemployment but they wanted his taxes to go off what he made the last 2 years so im not sure which one they go by.
Since he is still paying the 200 and he is working now at 25 hr and made 51 and 44k the past 2 years what can I ask for as CS. My son is on medicaid and I am as well at this time.
The job he took is about 2 hours away. Will I have to pick up my sons from him at the end of his times with them? I think its standard usually.
