What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

In the situation of a tenant who is renting an apartment and a landlord who puts the rental builing up for sale, what are the tenant's rights? If the building sells will the tenant be forced to move or does the new landlord have to uphold the lease? If the new landlord will have to uphold the existing lease, will the tenant be forced to move once the original lease is up?

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

New owner must honor the lease. New owner (and old owner) has option to not renew lease.
