Final judgement says sell property. No offers for the last 1 1/2 years. A good offer now. She is stalling to sign the agreement to accept offer and the offer could die.
Could she be in contempt?

Yes, its possible she could be in contempt. Is she stalling because she wants her share of the money immediately? Maybe you should cave and give it to her.

You've been around long enough to know that you aren't supposed to start a new thread every time you have a question. When you do it this way, a LOT of information is left out - like the fact that she's not going to get her money for a long time if you do the deal you're suggesting. That could easily factor in to whether she's in contempt or not.

the point is no one has offered anything for a year and a half. Now the offer is better than the asking price to cover the one year pay off. It doesn't get much better than that. Bottom line is it is headed to foreclosure if things don't sell.
I reposted because I believe the question stands as is.

You may believe that the question stands as it is. However the volunteers here who are attempting to answer people's questions, FOR FREE, would like you to keep your questions in one thread.

Please have the courtesy to do so.

If you're not going to follow the rules, please stop posting here.

The question does NOT stand as it is. There is a long history of games involved and a lot of information that can affect the answer. Since you're asking the experts for advice, it's up to THEM to decide what information is needed, not you.

It has been clear over time that you're intentionally leaving out information which has to be dragged out with repeated questions. If you don't care whether you get accurate information, you're going about it the right way. But if you want the advice to be meaningful, you need to provide ALL the relevant information at one time so that people can evaluate it - not just the shreds you wish to provide to try to coax out the answer you want.
