Which Ch 7 debts were discharged?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? DE

The Judge just issued an order discharging Ch 7 debt. It includes general instructions which state that some debts may not be discharged, eg some student loans, etc and says the debtors should consult their attorney for specifics.

Is the general public allowed to know which debts were discharged and which were not? If yes, how do you get that info? Thanks.

I didn't understand your question.
There is no discharge matrix. You look to the section of the bk code dealing with exceptions to discharge. If none of this stuff pretains to your debt then, it's discharged.
