Agreeing with CSO and Banned. There are just some legal situation you should not try to tackle yourself. Adoption is one of them. Even if it seems like a simple, cut and dry case, you're talking about a child's parentage, and it's a serious enough situation that an attorney really needs to be consulted to at LEAST walk you through the process and the legal implications.
