Release of liability - will this cover me?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I put up an add on Craigslist for somebody to haul away my above-ground pool. It's still in decent shape and could be put back up again by somebody with the experience. I'm going to give it away to the first person who wants it who appears to know what they are doing. Would this be a good release for them to sign?:

I agree to completely remove the pool from (address). This includes railing, deck, liner, lattice, and all other pool support structures. I am not to remove any stone, rock, dirt, wood, or sand from the property. I am receiving this pool free of charge along with various cleaning tools, hoses, and chemicals.

If I do not completely remove all pool structures from the property for any reason I agree to pay a third party to finish the job. If I fail to do so I understand that homeowner may sue me in (County) small claims court to recover the costs of competing the removal.

I release without restriction then homeowner from any and all liability related to this pool, including injuries or damage during disassembly, transport, re-assembly, or use.

If they don't take everything, you're going to CHAGRE them???? That bit is ridiculous to me.

The deal is that they take the whole pool in exchange for several hundred dollars worth of equiptment and chemicals. I don't care if they re-assemble it or sell for scrap. It doesn't help me if they just take the chemicals, pump, and filter. I can throw those out myself easily. They need to agree to take the pool. It would cost me several hundred dollars for a dumpster and days of back breaking labor to do it myself even if I had help.
