Will he be ordered to pay when divorced

Without bringing up in court minor physical and sexual abuse towards me and him not taking care of his daughter and him yelling and being aggressive with a newborn could asking for child support and when he is unable to pay offer him to give up all rights to her? Granted it was over 30 years ago that is what my mom did. The father of her 2 older children was ordered to pay child support but didn't so he gave up custody of them to get out of it which is what my mom wanted anyway so my dad could adopt them. I don't want to talk about this stuff in court but I don't want him to have rights to her. When he holds her she cries and after 10 seconds of trying to calm her he either starts yelling or hands her to me. He still doesn't even know how to feed her and I caught him forgetting to put enough formula in her bottle. It explained why she wouldn't stop crying she was hungry even though she had a bottle. So again I don't care about the money I just don't want him alone with her...EVER.

NONE of this changes ANYTHING.

To reiterate:

If you're on state aid, it's GUARANTEED that he cannot terminate his parental rights. Period. Even if.

If he IS allowed to TPR, he WILL NOT be paying child support.

What you want to happen isn't going to happen.

I get disability that I earned through working and medicare. He set up the food stamps for us, I never applied but it got transfered to my name. I haven't even used the card thank you. My daughter does get medicaid. I am unable to work at the present time. Yall are judgemental and don't listen. So cuz he's dad I should let him go off with her when he has sexually and physically harmed me and been aggressive with my newborn? I guess yall protect sex offenders and child abusers on here. Accordind to yall I should take his money and she won't be safe instead of protect her by not asking for a dime from him but accepting 50 bucks in food stamps a month I rarely use. I simply want him out of her life, NOT HIS MONEY. How are yall supporting us? You think I wanted my girl to have a bad father? What did I say to get everyones panties in a bunch?

What part did you not understand? I didn't know this site was for english lessons too. I type everything on a tiny phone. So what if I used a little slang. I tried to be thankful for everyones help and got attacked. Everything I do is for my child and I get ganged up on. I'm happy for all of you that life has dealt you a great hand but sometimes crap happens and you do what you have to do to make the best life for your child. When I signed up here 6 years ago it was not for family law. Then I disappeared for years. This is my first time looking at family law. And no I haven't re-read everything. Between moving, unpacking, taking care of my daughter full time and finally visiting the ER for a concusion I haven't had the time. I'm not trying to be rude and ungrateful but I didn't see why yall had to insult me because I don't understand child custody. This is new to me and something I never thought I would have to worry about. I'll just say thank you again to those who tried to help and leave it at that.

Ever notice the large number of folks who post here who are on, are trying to get on, or have gotten on some type of disability (even at very young ages) and still manage to reproduce at a fairly astonishing rate? And still spend enormous amounts of time and energy arguing that they are entitled to more?

Some days I wonder if I'm the only person is this country who isn't on some kind of public dole.....

The entitlement attitude is bloody depressing...

Ever notice the large number of folks who post here who are on, are trying to get on, or have gotten on some type of disability (even at very young ages) and still manage to reproduce at a fairly astonishing rate? And still spend enormous amounts of time and energy arguing that they are entitled to more?

Some days I wonder if I'm the only person is this country who isn't on some kind of public dole.....

If I'm not disabled how come I got it imediately without a lawyer. They said you have to be unemployed 6 months before you can get it and I got it at exactly 6 months unemployed. I'm not one that abuses the system. Have I asked or said I'm entitled to more...no. Just because I can take care of my baby doesn't mean my disabilty doesn't interfere with me working. I thought that once they banned IAAL people would stop coming here to insult others to make themself feel better but obviously I was wrong. The people with no life still come to do that.
