What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ

Just did filalizing/closing agruements in an adversary complaint proceeding, and the judge said that the matter will be taken under advisement, and a final decision will be made later.

Anyone know off hand about how long a Federal BK judge can take something under advisement (time limits) before issuing a final decision?

There are no time limits but typically you are looking at 30 to 45 days - just depends upon how busy the Judge is and his/her vacation schedule.
