What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida.
I am divorced since 2008. My name is the only one on the mortgage of our home but in the MSA she was awarded half the mortgage interest as a tax deduction. Is this legal since the mortgage company has reported only my name to the IRS for the mortgage interest?

Is she paying half the mortgage payment?

Review what IRS requirements exist that allow one to take such a deduction. There are specific rules that apply to whether one is or is not eligable for that deduction.

If she is legally ineligable, you need to go back to court and address it.
