What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MA

I have a condo in Boston. Recently a lot of snow on the roof has leaked a lots of water into the room causing damages. The management company did send contractor to clean the roof, but not good enough as leaking is not stopped.
The condo has master insurance covering outside and roof, unit owner has own insurance. What is the best approach to resolve this mess? Continue contacting the management company or call for insurance now? Thanks for your advise.

The unit owner should be turning in the damage to their own insurance company and letting their insurance company battle it out with the management's insurance company.
