last chance agreement at work. Its for one year. I signed the contract on 9/30/14 But I noticed on the contract it says. Mr. Rios, the union, and the company agree that this last chance agreement will continue in the force for 12 calendar months following the date of MR. Rios return to work. When is the contract over. The day is signed it or the day I returned to work?
