What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I please no contest to a DUI in Florida. I'm pretty sure I can't expunge it. But can I seal it?

What are my options?

None. Presuming you were an adult when you got the DUI, you can't expunge or seal it.
Even a pardon from the governor isn't sufficient in itself (it would have to be worded specifically to mandate the expunction and that's NOT going to happen).

What are my options when applying for a job?

If they ask if you were convicted of a crime, you'll have to tell them yes (or lie and face the consequences when even a trivial background check shows it).

Unless you're applying for a job in transportation, while the DUI is a blot on your past, it's not the end of the world.
