Sorry . Not sure why this part wasnt included in my pist. Anyway here it is :

Gotten 3 tix in Feb in kansas.

1. 104 mph in a 70 mph zone. 2.improper registration 3. Driving on suspended. After several court dates and talking to prosecutor the suspended and registration were dropped (supposedly) and I just needed to deal withe the speeding. Cop no showed for trial 2 times and judge continued despite my motions to dismiss. Prosecutor willfully ignored two requests for discovery (1 with proof of delivery). Last week on court day the judge asked if i was reeady for trial because cop was there. I indicated the discovery issue and again asked for dismissal. Denied and trial held Prosecutor ststed he made no agreement to dismiss so judge then convicted me of all 3. What can i do ?

Pay what you owe to the state, take care of the improper registration and stop driving on a suspended license.

Unfortunately, if you choose to represent yourself in court, you are expected to know how to do so. You learned two lessons.

Appeal, preferably with the help of a professional this time.
