Theres no reason for me to use my "big boy words" when everybody else is being nasty. I really dont care anymore though, I only signed up to post my own thread. OP post results when you get your determination.

Nobody is being nasty.

You're misleading the OP, making erroneous statements and after you've been told that you're wrong you post again trying to elaborate on and correct your own posts to fall in line with the other posters in the hopes that we won't notice.

C'mon now. I've got a tween grandson who can do a better job than that. Just admit you're wrong and move along.

That you have no earthly idea what you're talking about. OP, please ignore this clown.

1. Employee doesn't show up to work on time

2. Employee is warned about tardiness

3. Employee still shows up whenever she wants

4. Employee terminated

5. Unemployment denied

6. XXX

Correct my own posts? What the hell are you talking about?

I think you should apologize when she is denied.

I only signed up to post my own thread.

If you put a link in your post, it probably got blocked by a spam filter. That's the most common reason I'm aware of for posts not showing up at all, as opposed to blank posts showing up when someone uses the preview function that eats posts.

And if the employer cannot show that she was tardy and warned about it, she will be approved. So far, the only one who has suggested that she was tardy is you - let alone that she was warned about it. It takes more than the employer saying so to get benefits denied.

"Big boy words" shows you have some legitimate claim to something. While you are not wrong in all cases, without describing how you are right makes you silly. The common understanding of your words is enough to show the OP there is no chance. If you were to specifically define what you mean, then it shows what the OP might have to prove.

"Nasty"? Sorry. They just think you don't know what you are talking about.

Show you know. Or, accept nasty.

I feel Ive been very clear. I already answered those last two posts itt.
And you are wrong to tell her she is certain to be denied.
Bottom line, we dont have enough facts to tell OP whether or not she will definitely be approved or denied, and i was just trying to play devils advocate.

Then, say why.

Im sure somebody will try to throw my adjectives back at me, but this is the basic point I wanted to make. Im just warning that it sounds like the manager will try to fight this.

But those are not facts borne out by the OP. Show us where she says she was habitually late.
