This thread is 2-1/2 months old - also, I'm not sure what FCRA and/or FDCPA may have occurred - just read the post.

While I agree that the OP would have to be named as part of the foreclosure, what appears improper is that they apparently got a money judgment against her that is showing up on her credit report. Suing her for a debt that they knew was not hers might result in a valid violation.

I suspect that there is more to this story - such as the heirs taking assets that they knew they weren't entitled to.
