Neighbors and thier sex acts

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California.
I live on 1.5 acres. My driveway is steep and i walk up and down for excersize. I have three children, 2 dogs and 3 goats. We are often outside. I have witnessed on several occasions my neighbors, or their guests engaging in sex acts in their yard, which can be seen from my yard. I dont know if its illegal, but after witnessing what I saw today I am no longer comfortable in my own front yard or having my children outside. What, if anything, can I do? Im not a prude, but I certainly dont want my children to see what I have seen.

Ok, do these sex acts include actual intercourse? If not, just how far do they go? If its only heavy kissing there is nothing you can do. If its enough that private parts are exposed then you might consider calling the cops.

I saw boobs, and vagina today. The man was fully clothed, she was stark naked. I dont want to offend anyone, but he was, uh......reaching into her cookie jar.

Were they somewhere where they might not have realized that someone could see them? Do you know anything at all about the people? Are they the types that would have been embarrassed to be seen? You have a choice between saying something to them directly or calling the cops.

Especially if the neighbors know OP has children, and there is a reasonable expectation that children could be exposed to this.

Except as provided in subdivision (l), every person who commits any of the following acts is guilty of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor:
(a) Who solicits anyone to engage in or who engages in lewd or dissolute conduct in any public place or in any place open to the public or exposed to public view.


So how does one define public view? So far it is visible from a private vantage point. No idea if California considers that as public view or not.

It does appear to fit this law though;

CALIFORNIA CODES PENAL CODE

SECTION 314. Every person who willfully and lewdly, either: 1. Exposes his person, or the private parts thereof, in any public place, or in any place where there are present other persons to be offended or annoyed thereby; or

My neighbors are very aware that we have children and have said hello and stuff to them from their yard. They met my children a little over a year ago.
I am not easy to offend. But this occured shortly after 10am and they sort of made me feel like I was wrong for being in my driveway at the time they wanted to be intimate.
