What Quincy said. Also, you said that the matter would be up to an attorney to determine, and that is what I disagreed with you about. The attorney won't decide the matter. The attorney may (and should) advise on the matter, but the attorney won't ultimately decide it.

True, but Zig didn't clarify anything to help the OP understand. If I disagree with someone because I think that they have worded something poorly I am specific about my disagreement. Yes, if someone thinks that the OP won't understand what I said I encourage them to clarify. However that is not what Zig did.

You stated that the attorney would decide the matter and I disagreed. I'm sorry you don't agree with how I did it. At this point, however, I think it would be more productive (for the OP) to explain what you meant. I would prefer not to put words in your mouth.

Not withstanding that contract might contain a cancellation or liquidated damages clause ...there might be some merit for OP to seek to mitigate the damages ...as in find a replacement ready and willing paying student for that particular grade ..
