Just on what you have posted Dear.on what basis you can say that she is a poor woman and we need treatment?
100's of thousands do it every day here. Can she live freely without citzenship and an outdated visa?
so a person trick, cheat and rob a person you care and just walk away and you just let it go? the victim needs treatment? alright =(Just on what you have posted Dear.
I bet theyre not if someone report them, buts thats ok you dont want to help you just want to judge as most people do in the web, shes the victim just because she is the girl and you know everything just because you read my post! Thanks and I wish you the best100's of thousands do it every day here.![]()
The OP hasn't given us any reason to believe that there was any crime that occurred (beyond, of course, moving on with her life). If she committed a crime in Brazil she can be extradited by the Brazilian authorities.
Yeah, that. The problem Lino is that you haven't actually mentioned any crimes she may have committed in Brazil and haven't even stated how she "stalked" your brother.
If you are suing her in civil court and there are no criminal charges filed against her she will not be extradited.
You have no idea what her status is here. I suggest you focus on what you can do on the Brazilian end. I would also suggest you consider that your severely mentally ill relative is likely the cause of this woman running away (4 thousand miles).I bet theyre not if someone report them, buts thats ok you dont want to help you just want to judge as most people do in the web, shes the victim just because she is the girl and you know everything just because you read my post! cmon man stop judging, the psychologicall problems came after she betrayed everyones trust, my mother have heart problemas that only got worse, my parents treated her like a daughter for 13 years, not even her own family back here are supporting her you know? You have no idea what her status is here. its no vengence, and is not her fault that he have this issues but she just got them worst and still are, she robbed him isnt that a crime that she must pay for? and yes we have all the proofsHere's the thing: you're coming across as vindictive. Reporting someone in an attempt to get them in trouble, just to get revenge, seems vindictive.
If her alleged crimes are severe enough, Brazil can seek to extradite her so that she can be put on trial. However, if what she has done in Brazil is not considered to be criminal, then it is unlikely that Brazil would waste resources extraditing her.
If you believe that you have a basis for a civil lawsuit, you can pursue that. (I have no idea what the Brazilian laws regarding the subject are.) However, the difficulty is collecting.
Perhaps something is lost in translation, but I fail to see why she is at fault for your brother's suicide attempts, or his chronic mental health issues.
The civil lawsuit is the only way, but way easier and cheap with shes back here
