The problem Lino is that you haven't actually mentioned any crimes she may have committed in Brazil and haven't even stated how she "stalked" your brother.

If you are suing her in civil court and there are no criminal charges filed against her she will not be extradited.

You have no idea what her status is here. I suggest you focus on what you can do on the Brazilian end. I would also suggest you consider that your severely mentally ill relative is likely the cause of this woman running away (4 thousand miles).

The OP hasn't given us any reason to believe that there was any crime that occurred (beyond, of course, moving on with her life).

Ok, they had a store and she was taking care of it due to his health, they planned to travel like I said before, she took all the money from the store bank account and asked the bank for a huge loan for THEIR plan and just walked, sold their house that was in her name and the process is ongoing, now he is living with our family because he was thrown from his own home and he cannot have anything in his name until he pays the debt that she made, not to mention the amount she took from the store, the money was not hers to take, if she wanted to broke up they should do a deal about it or go to justice, but she did it all knowing she will get away with it for not being here.

Here's the thing: you're coming across as vindictive. Reporting someone in an attempt to get them in trouble, just to get revenge, seems vindictive.

If her alleged crimes are severe enough, Brazil can seek to extradite her so that she can be put on trial. However, if what she has done in Brazil is not considered to be criminal, then it is unlikely that Brazil would waste resources extraditing her.

If you believe that you have a basis for a civil lawsuit, you can pursue that. (I have no idea what the Brazilian laws regarding the subject are.) However, the difficulty is collecting.

Perhaps something is lost in translation, but I fail to see why she is at fault for your brother's suicide attempts, or his chronic mental health issues.

cmon man stop judging, the psychologicall problems came after she betrayed everyones trust, my mother have heart problemas that only got worse, my parents treated her like a daughter for 13 years, not even her own family back here are supporting her you know?
The only person that was sick before was my brother and his sickness never affected on her lifestyle, he gave his life for her and she was cheating on him and on drugs, an good example is that she lost her first host family as an au pair for drug use, stop trying to switch roles here please

The civil lawsuit is the only way, but way easier and cheap with shes back here

In that case, you cannot say that she has committed any crimes. Leave the poor woman alone already.

As to your mom's health issues - well, they are your mom's. She should speak to her doctor(s).
As to your brother's (mental) health issues - well, they are your brother's. He should speak to his doctor(s).
Trying to blame someone else for all the woes in their world doesn't help anything.
