You said the house was in her name. That frees her up to sell it whenever she wants to. You didn't say how the business was owned and if she got a loan it really shouldn't be affecting your brother.

The house was in her name, but we have a law here that even in that case if you prove the payment together and the couple was living together for some amount of time the property belong to both, the store was legally in the name of the two of them but she don't have any headache about the loan since she its no here, he have to pay or give his belongings to the bank

First, you don't even know if she's illegally in the country.
Second, she'd be in a long, long line.

Sure cause Im a lay in the matter, thats why I asked for help and advice, maybe I could know if she was illegal we have a system like that here, long line or not I was willing to try, but its easy to say that in your position, maybe if you were on my skin for a day you could even try to understand

Thanks, since the start its clearly you just want to disturb and criticize =(

"Disturb and criticize"? No. I'm simply trying to point out reality. I don't believe that I have criticized you or anyone else. In any case, it is what it is. If you believe a crime was committed in Brazil, then report it to the appropriate authorities. To the best of your knowledge, no crime has been committed in the US.

I'm aware of that, look at the title... I just wanted to know if there was a way to get to know and report any illegal documents used by her

It's really none of your business. As I mentioned previously, you (all) need to move on.

Then the issue is getting the documentation to prove your claims. Focus your energies on getting that proof (something tangible that you can do) vs. worrying yourself over what she's up to. If she's really a miserable human, she'll just continue being miserable.

I was thinking OP could help the brother retain a lawyer. It does not sound like the brother has the resources to do so.
Thanks for the support I already started gathering all the proof we need and she is certainly up to something, as I said she is stalking him lately I lived with her as a sister for 13 years and it was almost impossible to believe when all the problems came up, but nowadays I just think she is miserable indeed =(

Its sure of my business, its my brother and his life man I will keep on trying
The woman's legal matters in the US are none of your business.
Really, leave the poor woman alone and move on (collectively) with your lives. You can't keep her under your thumb because she decided to leave your brother.

Clearly, your law about your brother having an interest didn't work because she was able to sell the house.

I'm willing to bet you don't know how the business was owned.

Nor how the loan was wrtitten.
