Here’s what happened

In California. I was at a small restaurant. Literally two toilets and a urinal. It was in a small space not like a bigger bathroom like target. I was walking to the other bathroom and didn’t pull my pants up. I may have forgotten to pull my boxers up too. Midway to the next toilet a man came in. I didn’t anticipate anybody coming in a bit foolishly at the time. I checked with him when I was done clearing the air and he wasn’t concerned. Considering this is the bathroom and he didn’t mind, how likely is it that assuming I forgot to pull my boxers up, I can be charged with indecent exposurfe?

I’m assuming this for argument sake. It was because there was no tp in one toilet so I had to walk to the next one.

Is this a hypothetical question?

If you are a male and you were in a restroom that allowed for more than one male in it at a time, exposing yourself to other males in the restroom would not be all that unusual. Seeing someone walking around with their pants down is not something you expect (or want) to see, however - but it should not support an indecent exposure charge.

I only say hypothetical since I don’t recall
For sure if I pulled my boxers and pants up. Even IF this, he came in after me and bedore then I was the only one in the bathroom.

You were in a place where a certain amount of exposure is expected.

If you are really concerned, from now on lock the restroom door or don't walk around with your pants down.
